Nací en Valparaíso, Chile en 1961, de familia de ascendencia alemana, austriaca e inglesa. A los 10 años me voy con mis padres a vivir a Alemania por 2.5 años. Estudio la Enseñanza Primaria en el Colegio Alemán de Valparaíso y en Alemania. En 1978 me voy becada por un sistema de intercambio estudiantil (AFS) a vivir a EE.UU. por un año. En 1980 comienzo mis estudios de Derecho en la Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, los cuales concluyo en la Universidad Católica de Santiago. En Mayo de 1989 juro como abogado en la Corte Suprema chilena y ejerzo la profesión hasta 1999, en Valdivia, Chile.
Tengo una hija nacida en 1984, Christine (Ram Rattan Kaur) quien también vivió en EE.UU. y por dos años asistió Miri Piri Academy, Internado de la comunidad Sikh, en Amritsar, India.
En 1996 comienzo a practicar Kundalini Yoga, en Valdivia. Ese mismo año tomo mi primer curso de Sat Nam Rasayan y asisto a mi primer Solsticio de Verano (y Tantra Blanco) en EE.UU. En 1997 tomo el curso de Instructores de Kundalini Yoga en Santiago, Chile, con Hari Nam Kaur Khalsa y asisto nuevamente al Solsticio en EE.UU. donde decido comenzar a vivir como Sikh. En el año 2000 me voy a vivir a Española, Nuevo México, EE.UU., para vivir en la comunidad más grande de Sikhs occidentales y al hogar de Yogi Bhajan, Maestro Espiritual, Maestro de Kundalini Yoga y Ministro en Jefe de la Religión Sikh en Occidente. Ese mismo año doy mis Votos Amrit.
En el año 2001 Yogi Bhajan me encomienda trabajar en la mayor cantidad de áreas de la organización 3HO/Sikh Dharma International y es asi como termino trabajando en IKYTA, Relaciones Exteriores, Sikh Dharma, KRI, Desarrollo Comunitario, con la Director of Spiritual Trust, y durante tres años como la Asistente Personal de Bibiji Inderjit Kaur, la cónyuge de Yogi Bhajan. También me instruye a enseñar y representarlo a él en "todos esos lugares donde hablan ese idioma tuyo". Desde Octubre del 2002 comienzo a asistir las Reuniones Bi-Anuales de Khalsa Council (Consejo Khalsa). En el Solsticio de Verano del 2006 soy ordenada Ministra de Sikh Dharma.
Desde 1996 medito a diario, y desde 1997 practico Sodarshan Chakra Kriya. Agrego en el 2003 Bound Lotus y en Julio del 2006 Bowing Jaap Sahib, cumpliendo 1000 días de práctica de esta ultima kriya en Abril del 2009. Regularmente voy adecuando mi práctica a las necesidades que voy sintiendo en mi vida.
Viví de Enero del 2007 a Octubre del 2009 en La Paz, Bolivia. En Octubre del 2009 me radico en Quito , Ecuador

BIO DHARMA KAUR KHALSA
I am born in Valparaíso, Chile in 1961, to a German, Austrian and British descendant family. At the age of 10 I move with my parents to live in Germany for 2.5 years. I study my Elementary School years at the Deutsche Schule Valparaíso and in Germany. In 1978 I travel with a student exchange program (AFS) for one year to the USA. In 1980 I begin to study at Law School of the Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, which I finish at Universidad Católica de Santiago. In May 1989 I take my oath as a Lawyer before the Chilean Supreme Court and work in this profession until 1999, in Valdivia, Chile.
I have a daughter born in 1984, Christine (Ram Rattan Kaur), who also lives with me in the USA and for 2 years attends Miri Piri Academy, the Boarding School of the Western Sikh Community, in Amritsar, India.
In 1996 I begin to practice Kundalini Yoga in Valdivia. That same year I take my first Sat Nam Rasayan course and attend my first Summer Solstice and White Tantric Yoga course. During 1997 I take the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Course in Santiago, Chile, led by Hari Nam Kaur Khalsa (www.yogatec.net) and attend again Solstice in the US where I decide to live as a Sikh. In the year 2000 I move to Española, New México, USA to live within the largest Western Sikh community that follows the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan, home of this Spiritual Teacher and Master of Kundalini Yoga and Chief Minister of the Sikh Religion in the Western Hemisphere. That same year I take Amrit vows. (More on that at www.sikhnet.com)
During the year 2001 Yogi Bhajan tells me to work at the most possible areas of the 3HO organization and that is how I end up working at IKYTA (International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association), Foreign Affairs, Sikh Dharma International, KRI (Kundalini Yoga Research Institute), Community Development, the Director of Spiritual Trust, and for three years as the personal Assistant of Bibiji Inderjit Kaur, wife of Yogi Bhajan. He also directs me to teach everywhere “where they speak that language of yours”, and to represent him. Since October 2002 I begin to attend the bi-annual Khalsa Council meetings. During Summer Solstice of 2006 I take my vows as Minister of Sikh Dharma.
Since 1996 I meditate daily, and since 1997 I practice Sodarshan Chakra Kriya, a meditation that is said to be the most advanced of all Yoga types. In 2003 I add Bound Lotus (www.boundlotus.com) and in July 2006 Bowing Jaap Sahib of which I completed 1000 days in April 2009. I adjust regularly my practice to the current needs in my life in addition to the kriyas mentioned before.

From January 2007 to October 2009 I live In La Paz, Bolivia. In October 2009 I move to Quito, Ecuador, establishing my current residency at 3000 meters, on the top of a mountain, overlooking the valley in which Quito stretches out. From here I travel the world teaching and holding individual sessions of numerology. Over these years I have worked in the following countries: Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, Spain, Greece, Germany, Iceland China, Singapore and Malaysia, so far.
